This house, located near the intersection of Ave T and Van Sicklen is believed to be Toronto’s smallest house.
Occupying what used to be a driveway, it’s a one bedroom, one bathroom home that sits on a parcel of land
7.25 feet (2.2 meters) wide and 113.67 feet (34.6 meters) long and has an interior area of just under 300 square feet (under 28 square meters)
Here’s the living room, looking towards the front of the house.
Here’s the living room again, looking towards the back …..
Here’s the kitchen. Note that despite the small space,
they’ve managed to fit a washer and dryer into the place.
Here’s the bedroom. It comes with a Murphy bed, which is a necessity in such a space.
This is what it looks like with the Murphy Bed down.
And here the bedroom with the Murphy Bed retracted:
You also get some patio space out back.
Here it is, looking towards the front of the house:

Has been rectified. Thanks very much!
If someone bought this for that price I pity them. If someone bought this at a size relevant price, I could see the appeal. I like outside of the box. I imagine, however, that one could find a space like this to renovate if they looked hard enough. Tulsa, for instance, has some strange living situations that were constructed before modern zoning. It will probably sell for that price though because people are searching for depravity and escape from the complexity that drowns us out as we loose the innocence of our childhood, if that makes any sense. Maybe someone could live there, under the banner of “simple” and find themselves, that is if they didn’t have that huge mortgage payment.
Huh
and the street is wrong too. Its in the Rogers, Dufferin Area.. I’ve seen it.
Hi Leo
Thank you for that useful piece of information. Greatly appreciated
My Garage is bigger than this place, someone wanna buy it for $100,000?
Only if you have engineered wood and granite counter tops and a pint of Guinness
